So disappointed! Item ordered on May 7th with an additional $48 paid for express shipping. Item wasn't shipped until the 12th and with 2-day express didn't arrive until May 18th. Seems to me that if you offer express shipping, you are making a commitment to the buyer to hustle the order out and send with a carrier that has a better delivery record. Everyone knows the USPS doesn't deliver anything on time!
