I give the engraving a one star but I give the tumbler a 5 star for the quality so I'm giving 3 stars. I'm so disappointed in the engraving. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter's babysitter, but I'm embarrassed to even give it to her, so I'm just going to keep it. I was so excited to give her this, along with a shirt, and a bottle of wine. The lettering is TINY (smaller than half inch tall). Wish I couId add a photo. I messaged the seller & he was very nice. He informed me had I wanted the lettering larger, it should have been typed out on 3 separate lines, but it doesn't say that anywhere in the listing so I thought they would use common sense. I will say, he offered a coupon code, but it still would have been $9. In the end, after telling him I didn't want to pay another $9, he did issue a refund which I appreciate.
