Nice and sturdy thickness, not too thin or flimsy. The cut out was very nicely done. Packaging was good, and shipping was prompt. However, I only gave four stars because some of the black paint was already chipped or scraped off in a couple small places. But I'm not returning it because of the hassle of repackaging and going somewhere to mail it back. I'm going to hang it outside anyway.

not happy with the finish....going to try and spray it with a gun metal that will give it a little texture....there was so much tape on it that it left some residue on it as well...

Update on Replacement 4/23/2020: again, same very poor packaging item came severely bent. The J in Jefferson is the same as the 1st and does not look like their example. 04/16/2020 Very poor packing, no padding around sign or in corners,sign was bent in several areas. Due to the placement of the letters, you can barely make out the J in Jefferson
