The sign is great, the shipping not much the established part of the sign was bent in shipping and so was the end tip of the N and circle. So it does not sit flat on the was it has a wave through the sign which is a little disappointing. It shipped in a thin flat cardboard box that didn't have support. I ordered the 36in sign. My husband really likes the sign and the thought behind it.
