Shipping must be really slow right now. My item arrived 10 days after it's expected delivery date and tracking didn't update until the day before it arrived. The item had a flaw upon arrival and seller took a few days to respond about flaw and shipping, but seller made it right with me. Thank you

I got this for my coworker and she loved it! It does need a thicker shipping container because the sides were bent when I received it. That's my only issue.

Arrived earlier than expected. Only thing I would take note of is if you’re ordering a name with an “I” it kind of sinks in with the rest of the tooth, but still overall happy with it.
