This is not my custom item that I asked for. I wanted a wooden sign like the hockey sign I bought. I wanted a softball player like a batter with a ponytail on wood with the slogan "AUTUMN HITS HOME RUNS". Jay, in customer service, said you all would be sending me a sample of my custom sign. I have already paid for it. Lou
